REFUNDS AND CANCELATION POLICY

Thank you for ordering at Tax Auctions Research, LLC.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancelation Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to TAX AUCTIONS RESEARCH, LLC., 260 N. TROPICAL TRAIL, SUITE 204, MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA, 32953, USA.
• Goods refer to the items ordered and paid for, in this case, digital lists which are self serving, meaning that We do not deliver digital files, but You agree to download at Your convenience as per the maximum number, and in the period of time specified in Your Order.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Tax Auctions Research, LLC. affiliated website, accessible from https://www.taxauctionsresearch.com including but not limited to https://propertyauctioncenter.com/
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation and Refund Rights

• You are entitled to cancel Your initial order within three (3) days from the initial purchase date without giving any reason for doing so and receive a refund for your initial payment. 
• This is a digital product that enables its owner to perform a limited number of downloads in the period of time specified in the purchase order, therefore once a download has been performed, the file(s) may not be returned. You will be ineligible for a refund if You have downloaded 50% or more of the Goods.
• In order to exercise Your right of a refund, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by email: refund@taxauctionsresearch.com or use the link provided by email and in your member’s dashboard, or by phone: (321) 449-9940.

  Conditions for Refunds

• In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that: The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
• The following Refunds cannot be refunded: If You have downloaded 50% of the Goods.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds will be processed within five (3) business days. It may take up to ten (10) business days to see the refund appear on Your credit card.

By placing an order, You agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that you are over 18, and that Tax Auctions Research LLC will charge the fee to your payment method.

Returning Goods

This is a digital product that enables it’s owner to a perform a limited number of downloads in the period of time specified in the purchase order, therefore once a download has been performed, the file(s) may not be returned.

We cannot be held responsible for partial and/or incomplete downloads and/or not reaching the limits of the allowed/contracted downloads in the period of time specified in the order. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt.
